Are your products suitable for allergies?
ALLERGEN POLICY
All Tipsy Treats products are made in a kitchen that handles all allergens and a wide variety of ingredients, including (but not limited to) the 14 recognised allergens listed in the Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU), as well as non-vegetarian ingredients and alcohol.
Whilst every product is produced with the utmost care and measures are in place to avoid cross-contamination (including the use of separate equipment, cleaning procedures and dedicated ingredient storage); no product can be guaranteed to be free from any allergen or ingredient.
For these reasons our products are NOT recommended for anyone with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at this time.

Can I get my order delivered?
Delivery is available for free within 3 miles of TW18 and available for a charge within further surrounding areas. Please mention when enquiring if you require delivery.
Collection is also available, please note that collection slots are discussed and confirmed before the collection date. If you are running late or unable to make the agreed time, please get in touch as soon as you can and where possible it will be rearranged for a different time or date, within 24 hours. If you are late to collect without notice, you may not be able to collect your order and it will need to be rescheduled or may be cancelled.
What is the best way to transport & store my treats?
When transporting your treats, please make sure to do so on a flat surface, such as the boot or front passenger footwell, NOT on a seat or someone’s lap. In warmer weather, ensure the air conditioning in your vehicle is on and products are kept cool at all times.
When holding and carrying your treat, hold them from the base of the box, not the sides, taking care not to squeeze the top or sides of the box.
When storing your treats, please ensure they are kept covered on a flat surface, somewhere cool and dry. Some products may need to be refrigerated, especially in warmer weather.
Any damage to products once collected or delivered is your own responsibility and no refunds will be offered for this.
When do I need to pay?
Upon ordering, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that no order is confirmed until the deposit is paid and delays in deposit being received may result in your order slot no longer being available.
The remaining payment amount must be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to your collection/delivery date, or 14 days prior for larger orders.
Cancellations of less than 14 days’ notice may result in your deposit being retained, due to decorations or ingredients that have already been purchased or made. For cancellations of less than 7 days’ notice, no refunds are available. In exceptional circumstances refunds may be offered on discretion.
